MTN Rwanda, the East African’s mobile network operator, has announced the launch of some new customer service centres to enhance services to its customers.
These centres are located in Karongi (Western Province), Petit Barriere (Western Province), Gicumbi (Northern Province) and Nyakarambi (Eastern Province).
They will serve as sales points for MTN products and services, Mobile Money merchant points, education and service demonstration, payment points for monthly bills and SIM registration among others.
Speaking at the launch of the Karongi Service Centre recently, MTN’s Southern & Western Regional Manager Camille Kaminuza, said MTN remained true to its core values of bringing relevant products and services closer to customers and focusing on improving customer satisfaction.
“By expanding our reach to all the corners of the country, we’re maintaining our commitment to providing excellent service delivery to our customer base and to position MTN in the minds of customers.
“We will be here to listen to customers’ feedback and make well targeted adjustments, that all add up to greater customer satisfaction,” said Kaminuza.
Director of Infrastructure in Karongi District, Damascene Hanyurwimana, applauded MTN for its continued investment in the country and welcomed the convenience the service centre will bring to the people of the area.
“Having this service centre within close proximity to everyday business men and women provides convenience of service, and will allow for one to focus on his or her business objectives without having to travel far for support,” said Hanyurwimana.
The opening of these four sales points brings such MTN one-stop solutions centres across the country to a total of 19, with seven being in Kigali and 12 upcountry.
